Awesome video.  My cousin hit a horse on a dirt road,he was on a 175 Bultaco.  Knocked the horse down and luckily for him the horse didn't fall on him.  Both got up and ran off.

The Bultaco likely weighed as much as the horse.

Bultaco's were extremely  light, I owned a 250cc,at 220lbs and a 360cc at 230lbs.

Really, I think that's lighter than what I have now!

Exactly. But back in the day,the congress didn't dictate what was on the bikes.

He looked to be in race mode to me.  Maybe some kind of rally or something. 

Talk about light dirt bikes, I miss seeing the one off factory mxers before they started the production rule. I remember seeing a picture of Brad Lackey on a KX450 (2 stroke) that weighed 196 lbs. in the late '70s. They were using lots of titainium and magnesium to get those weights. Even though that was over 30 years ago, I remember that a lot of those factory bikes costs over 100 grand. The privateers didn't hardly stand a chance, which I'm sure is why they went to the production rule.

I once hit a 1600 pound bull, while iin a full sideways drift at 50 mph on a gravel county road.  (modified Yamaha TrailMaster 100) My first shoulder problem was caused in that accident.
