This Saturday will mark the opening day of modern gun season for deer hunting. The dates are Nov. 14 - Dec. 6, and Dec. 26 - 28, 2020. Please be aware there will be upwards of 400,000 hunters in the woods with varying levels of competence. If you decide to ride you'll need high visibility vests, jerseys, helmets, etc. You may also want to wait until mid morning to begin your ride to allow the morning hunters to clear out, but that's no guarantee of safety.
