Chris B and I headed out to the NFS to find a long lost trail in my section. With much success we got all of my section put together, er, that is we know where it all is! It was a great day to be in the woods with exception to the water holes. There must have been hundreds of them today. The creek crossings in my section weren't bad, but the water holes were! Made it through them all though. Rode up 52 Humps getting to the "lost trail" and it was good. Chris and I had no issues there. We found the "Lost Trail" that is adjacent to my Hero section and got it all marked good. Also ran some little horse trail after that and then on to the other side of 309. Had lunch at Cove Creek - good BLC sandwich and forgot to order my tater tots! Oh well. Headed back to the truck and got lost after riding Bob D's new section. Actually got onto a paved road east of everything. But turned around and got back on track. Rode the single track back onto the 160 and back down to New Blaine FD. Great day. Got some video of parts of my single track and the downhill west of Hwy 309. We had a great ole time and wished that more of you would have joined us. Seemed as though we were the only bikes out there until we ran upon about 8 bikes near a cemetary that were out tooling around!!! Next time you guys need to come on out of your bunkers and get some riding in. You might just enjoy it. . . . .
