Leap Day Ride. Another great day in the woods. More AHRMA practice and more Ozark 200 scouting detail. We had a great group again. Sid, Jim and Lynn went off to the forest to work on the Ozark 200 Dual Sport route. Jim on the Husky, Sid on his KTM 300 and Lynn on the Beta 390. They claim that they keep finding new trail, but the rumor is that they just head up to Cold Creek Supply and have lunch. I am more than sure Jim will comment. Bobby, Tom S. Kent, Lloyd and myself rode 4, 5......or three laps on the 160 course. Kent and Lloyd on Honda XR200's, Bobby, Tom and myself on IT200's. Bobby and Tom were timely as usual. Kent, Lloyd and myself had 2 laps in before they arrived. Bobby blamed it on Tom. Tom blamed it on Bobby. Course is good and working in, but it seemed that the slick spots got bigger. Water crossings are still flowing with more rain on the horizon this week. Alan and his wife rode the 160 with us. Alan on the Beta and his wife on a TTR I think. Later, Bobby went out and worked some trail and tried a couple of work-arounds. Always great to have riders on the property.
