Yes, the work day at the 160 in preparation for the upcoming ARHMA events was held Saturday. A good amount of workers attended the festivities and a lot got accomplished. Bobby wanted me to thank eveyone who worked in some manner Saturday. Lunch was a special treat from Guy at Riggs and we had a great visit. The Cross Country course in completed: read that to say, arrowed, bannered and marked. The Motocross track is not ready! seems the hay people got the track cut Friday and want to get it baled either this afternoon or Monday. The MX folks are going up this week to get that all setup: read that to be stakes and bannered along with the start area. All of the camp graounds have been nicely mowed, thanks in part to Dirk and the Riggs folks. Riggs delievred a nice Cat track type bobcat with a bushhog on the front and it got the job done in short order. Dirk being the operator. A big thanks for that being done. I believe everyone who is camping alreaady has laid claim to their sites from last year, so no squatters!!! Most of all of the details for the events will be discussed at the club meeting Tuesday nite, so it might be good to make an effort to attend. Personally I got in about 28 miles of work and fun riding. I think the course just flows better in this direction, contrary to other takes. Oh well. Either way, I think the riders will have a great time. Hope we have a great turn out and we have plenty of help. Until Tuesday have a great weekend and Labor Day. . .
