ADR did pretty good in the mud, beautiful sunny day Friday when we arrived, sunny in the morning on Saturday. Sighting lap was dusty and fast, Halfway through the vintage race the rain started, most of us were helping with vintage scoring, which turned into holding the canopy down to save the computer. The top blew off and we had to hold onto it with COLD water racing down our arms and everywhere else. With a lull from the lightning and rain, post vintage got to start. Dust was no longer a problem, staying upright was. It rained on and off all race. Some sections turned good ,others were nothing but slime . ADR ended up with 2 firsts, Tom and myself, a third .Lynn and a fourth, Kent. I got 4 laps of fun, Kent 3 and Tom & Lynn not sure, maybe 1 and done. Then the sun came out for a nice humid afternoon for the motocross. Saturday nite the heavens opened up, we arrived Sunday to pop up carnage, including Kent's. I don't think a single easy up survived. Easy Up stock will be going up from sales of new ones. A hole by sign up about 15 x 25 x8 deep was almost dry Saturday. Sunday it was overflowing . The creek crossings, large culverts buried , had been washed away during the night and with more monsoons on the way they had to cancel Sundays race, unless you brought a jet ski !!
