How much do you torque your forks in the tripole clamps?  Do you torque the top and bottom the same?  My old bike had the torque specs stamped on the triple clamps but I don't remember how much it was.  I know it wasn't much.  Seem s like it was a little more on top than on the bottom.

Top = 17 Nm (12.5 ftlbs)

Bottom = 15 Nm (11.1 ft lbs)

My manual shows:

Top: 20 nm

Bottom: 15 nm

Thanks guys.  I will write it on my work bench so I will remeber next time.  I figured since I am not riding right now I could at least do some maintenace.  Got the front greased up.  Now to pull the swingarm off.
