Where is the members forum and how do you send a PM

You won't see that until I change your permissions, which I will do now

Right now you send a pm by clicking on that user, then you should see that option under their name. You should.....verify that

I can get to the members forum.

I clicked your user name and clicked "send message" but it said only friends can send messages

I can also see the TR committee section 

Ok. I'll get the friend thing figured out

I don't have the TR forum worked out yet so, yes you should see it.
